Kevin Fairman
Kevin Fairman is the Chair of Crosspoint. He is the former Chief Executive of the Bristol-based charity and housing association, Brunelcare, and the Independent Living Centre in Semington.
He lives in Bratton with his wife, Nina. and golden retriever Gulliver.
He has a broad range of interests including cricket, cricket and cricket in no particular order.

Julie Vince
Julie Vince has lived in Westbury for 48 years and she has a background as a Legal Secretary.
Since retirement Julie has been actively engaged with the Westbury and District U3A and is the administrator for the Westbury United Area of Methodist/URC churches.
She has been a volunteer with Crosspoint since 2013 and was appointed as a Trustee in 2021.

Nina Fairman
Nina Fairman has been a volunteer with Crosspoint since 2018 and was appointed as a Trustee in 2023.
Prior to taking early retirement Nina had run her own virtual assistant business for 16 years following on from a career as a personal assistant in various organisations.
Nina will be the first to say that volunteering is hugely rewarding and through volunteering she has met some wonderful people.
Nina lives in Bratton with her husband, Kevin, and the wonderful golden retriever, Gulliver, who keeps them both on their toes.

Cath Rose
Cath brings over 30 years of corporate experience in employment law, HR, and wellbeing, along with a deep passion for supporting others through life’s challenges.
Having also worked with Citizens Advice and trained in counselling and psychology, she combines professional expertise with real-life understanding. Cath is committed to fairness, inclusion, and helping people find hope and strength during difficult times.

Sheila Kimmins
When Sheila moved from London to Dilton March in 1984.
She has been a councillor for Dilton Marsh and Westbury Town Councils and a magistrate sitting in the adult and family courts. She also serves with other local charities, such as Westbury Area Network foodbank, within the town.
Sheila enjoys walking her dog, gardening, knitting and cooking. Unfortunately, she has a wicked sense of humor which take a little time to get used to – but most of all she wants to help people.

Andrew McNeilis
Andrew is recently retired.
He is a former infantry officer who then enjoyed an international business career that took him to 135 countries, giving him perspective on the challenges life can bring in the developed and third world.
He lives in Edington with his family- Nicole his wife and four children and a menagerie of animals.
Andrew is a keen shot and fisherman, and rapacious reader of non- fiction.
